Does anyone have information on the Spring Meadows development in Ewing? It seem like a very nice community to live in but we are concerned about all the negative things one hears about Ewing. Any advice will be much welcomed.

Guess it might depend on the zip code?

The Spring Meadows development is located in a section of Ewing that is closer to the Lawrenceville border than the Trenton border (that is a good thing). Very convenient to 1-295 and Rte. 1.
It is right inbetween The College of New Jersey and Rider College. If there are a lot of rentals in there, you might have students as neighbours.
Certainly not a bad location in Ewing.

Actually we are looking at a 2700 sq. ft. single family home which is what most of the houses are like then there is a section of townhomes. I have not seen any of these properties for rent in fact most of these homes have are not for sale which I think is good but the community is only 4 years old.

I was hoping somone might give me feed back on the community who lives there, near there, or knows someone who lives there.

Thanks

Unfortunately I am not familiar with this particular development, but the vast majority of Ewing is very nice, and certainly by the colleges it is.

Default Spring Meadows

I live here and it's VERY nice. Very quiet community. A 10 minute bike ride to College of NJ and Rider College. It's on the Pennington/Lawrenceville side of Ewing.
