Fix the problems and take him to court for the costs. Win easily in NV. That violates NRS.

Make sure you pay the rent. If not you always lose in NV. But if the rent paid you will win and may even get damages.

If he gets near your trailer get shot gun and offer to shoot him. Don't but do call the cops and tell them you are armed. You are in Pahrump after all so a shotgun is reasonable.

The oven in the condo I rent has not worked since I moved in six years ago. Management sent a repair person who said he had been telling them that it was not worth repairing, so either the management or the owner decided not to do any more. I was attending school at the time, so I lived with that. Now they want to raise my rent! They also have not repaired the nonworking washer and dryer and would not move my personal stored washer in to replace the broken one. There is nothing in my lease stating how to give notice that I will be moving. I have both owned and managed rental property and would never have treated tenants this way. Is it the West, Nevada, or Las Vegas with laws that allow this? Thanks for letting me rant.
