Looks like there are a couple storms going to be thrown at us, one being this upcoming weekend into Monday with some decent accumulations certainly possible. Then there is even some more model agreement for more of an active pattern into the end of January into early February. Hopefully this western trough verifies!

Yup, wonderful...!

The weather cant make up it's mind, it's 60 one week, 20 the next.. then 50 later on. The snow, which turned into ice a month ago finally all melted.

Oh well..

We got a little light snow last night; after the day started out warm (46 deg) and then got windy and cooler as the clouds moved in.

We could get 8-10 inches or we could get next to nothing on Friday.

KNLV Radio here in Ord is calling for "100 percent chance of snow" on Friday, so we'll see!

They have upgraded it to a winter storm warning now. Sounds like the wind is going to blow, so that will make things worse. We were way overdue for a storm though, its been a quiet winter. Although, those who swear by the Farmers Almanac say that March is really going to be snowy. March is our snowiest month anyway, but we'll see what happens.

They have upgraded our weather reports today, too; higher winds and now 3-5 inches of snow tomorrow. South of us it's supposed to be up to 10 inches! Poor Mullen and Thedford... They always seem to get the heaviest stuff; from tornadoes to snow!

(I wish the wind would stop blowing my snow to Mullen! But I bet they wish the same thing!)

Oh, its probably way past Thedford and Mullen now, its going through North Platte and on to McCook on its way to Kansas!
