My family will be moving to Frankin or Sping Hill area in about a month. I am trying to help my wife find a good nursing job. Does any one know of the best places to work or if nurses are in high demand. I would like her to work closer to Franklin then Nashville any small hospitals or surgery centers hire much. Any advice is greatly appreciated
Thanks

Nashville is a regional medical center, so yes, nurses are in high demand here. She might want to first check to see if Williamson Medical Center is hiring.

I would definitely look at Williamson County Medical Center if you are wanting her to stay in directly in Franklin. Also, Williamson Surgery Center is adjacent to WCMC.

I will say the whole Nashville area is filled with a variety of hospitals and I would think there should be various nursing opportunities at any of them. HCA has quite a few in the area (Stonecrest, Centennial, Summit, Southern Hills, etc) and there is also Vanderbilt, Baptist/St. Thomas, etc.

But the way, my mother was a former nurse. That can be a tough job. I hope you give your wife a big hug every now and then.
