There's a liquor store in Lenanon beside Wall Mart. The bar that used to be called Thirtsy Turtle is still open, though I forget the new name. I drove by there on my way back to the sticks from Wall Mart and seen the bar was doing alot of biz,,the parking lot was full and many were hanging out around the corner of the building having a ball to. Nothing wrong with a bar, but I was always the type to grab a six pack or so and head for home myself. Cant get in trouble long as your home drinking it on the farm.Gotta watch the horses though, you set a beer down they'll grab it and turn it up sucking the bottle dry if you don't watch it

Well, you heard about the MJHS mess this week... no, they haven't learned anything.

I didn't hear about it...but I can imagine what it was about. I drove back there the other day and thought that there was no way those neighborhood roads back there are big enough to accomodate the traffic for a high school.

Back to the liquor store thing: I've never really had an issue with there not being liquor/wine stores in MtJ. Hermitage isn't that far (there's 2 on Stewarts Ferry Pk). You just kinda have to plan in advance. I usually pick my wine up for the weekend on Friday night on my way home.
