I'll be moving to the nashville area and looking for a house rental with a June 1 lease start date. The problem is I'll be coming from out of town and have to fly in, so I'm hoping to secure a rental in the couple of days I'll be around. With a June 1 start date in mind, what would be the best time to visit?

I had friends who rented a townhome in February, to move in in May. It really depends on the property management company. Or the owner. We can't suggest anyone specific but if you Google "property management Nashville" that will give you a start. You can always call and ask THEM when you should start looking even if they don't have anything you like at the moment. Am guessing with the current low inventory, the sooner the better. I'm thinking maybe late April? Where are you looking and what's your budget? The higher the budget, the easier it will probably be . . . maybe.
