I would say a 3 year old would really enjoy the Nashville Zoo. It is one of my favorite city zoo's - and March is a perfectly nice time to go. They have indoor and outdoor exhibits and a great play area as well. I was there all the time when my kids were little.

ASC is the Adventure Science Center. They do have some good child size exhibits. Most fun may be the simulated spacewalk. ASC also has a Planetarium so you can watch sky shows.

Oh yeah... I guess when I move there I'll have to call it ASC! good to know abt the warmer weather bc I am DONE with this snow in MD! It will be nice to do some things outside! We will def do ASC and the zoo and other outside stuff if weather cooperates! The Parthenon sounds really nest and I think the boys will like that. Also, the caves in Kentucky sound interesting! Someone was telling me abt some cabins that float in the water on some lake in Chattanooga and then some waterfalls right off the highway? That might be a fun mini trip to do over summer. Thanks so much for all of the ideas!

Last question- so kids r allowed to go see a show at the Opry? Didn't know if that was frowned upon or not.
