I just see nice homes for good prices all over the real estate websites. Why? What is wrong with that? Is La Vergne a high flood area?

I am guessing most of these homes are in the Lake Forest subdivision? They reason? Lot's of foreclosures, lots of gangs, lots of drugs...sad to say but that is one major reason.

Not to mention the principal of LaVergne High is a real piece. Has been in trouble several times, but has connections from high up, so he won't ever be fired...
