Okay, taking the granddaughter to see Taylor Swift at Bridgestone for a 7:30 concert tonight and I am not a frequent concert-goer so we need advice from previous concert goers.....how much time in advance should we allow ourselves to drive from the Goodlettsville/Hendersonville area to get there without having to run or be late? General parking is already purchased for Pinnacle parking, but we have a disagreement on how much time to allow ourselves. Can anyone give sound advice?

Yeah, she is on Cloud 9. I'm taking her and her mom, who is 30, (and a procastinator), and doesn't want to leave before 6. I think that will be pushing it too much.

I wouldn't bother leaving until 6. I've never been to a concert at the Bridgestone arena where the main act started before 8:30

From what I understand this is like a dress rehearsal for her summer tour concert. I am guessing there might not BE an opening act. I'm all for leaving early . . . . Hang around the tour bus area? Go down to that Saloon place (Wildhorse?) and learn some line dancing!

CountryGirl, I was told the same thing yesterday. I was thinking there may not be an opener too. The floor is GA so I don't know whether they will be standing or sitting, but we got seats a little further back to make sure a 7 year old will be able to see.

Yeah, she is on Cloud 9. I'm taking her and her mom, who is 30, (and a procastinator), and doesn't want to leave before 6. I think that will be pushing it too much.
