Hi all. My family and I are looking to move to Mt. Juliet. We are basically moving there because we like the Nashville area and though that Mt. Juliet was a nice suburb. However, we have quite the bind on our hands. We have nowhere to move and we have to leave our current house within a week or we have to sign another year lease to stay where we are at. We found the rental process much harder than imagined with all the rental agents being hard to contact and also with homes being rented within a few days of opening. The homes that stick around are overly expensive and much more than my family needs. We thought we had found a home but got jerked around for a week before the cowardly rental agent told us that we did not qualify for the house. He didn't even give us a reason why we didn't which made the situation even more frustrating.

Primarily what I need to know is if anyone knows of any good properties that are available to rent in Mt. Juliet immediately. I don't need a long application process not knowing if I will make it through the screening process. I have good credit so that is not a problem. And the rent will be paid.

I'm looking to spend $1350 or less each month for a 3bd/2ba. Thanks for any advice and if you are an actual agent, I would appreciate any property you might have available.

I think there is a rental property on Faulkner Dr. I'm not sure on the price/etc, but it may be worth checking out.
