Poor excuse for music. Beyonce? Lady gaga? Sounds like parts inside a Chinese made computer. Do these parts sing? Never mind. I would not listen if they shot their way into my home.

All the music awards shows are kind of a joke, but I still love to watch them and and watching right now. Pretty good show this year!

So far, the BEP did a good show, and I liked seeing the ELTON/GAGA duet. The BEYONCE peformance was interesting, but the PINK performance was pretty incredible!

I don't know why PATTON OSWALD's and GEORGE LOPEZ's spoken comedy releases were included with the music comedy releases, but either one should have won against COBERT. Otherwise it should have gone to SPINAL TAP! JMO

Funny how the Grammys used to be a celebration of great music. Now it is just a parade of weirdos with little or no talent.

Good music is definitely dead, IMHO. Maybe one of these days we'll have a renaissance. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Too bad that Mr. Blackwell passed away, he'd get a hoot out of this year's fashionistas. I'll do my humble best to fill his mighty shoes.

My comments below are keyed to this set of pix.

Lady Gaga: Planetary map of moons circling Uranus

Britney Spears: Ester Williams swimsuit meets Fredrick's of Hollywood tack-on.

Beyonce: Mae West rides again.

Taylor Swift: Class act. No one dared grab her microphone.

Katy Perry: Goth vixen hostess at Chinese buffet.

Pink: Runner up for class act.

Carrie Underwood: Alabaster vision inspired by Statue of Liberty. Lantern?

Miley Cirus: Stuck in the 60's? Gawd awful go-go dancer Halloween outfit.

Imogene Heap (two photo's): Enough with the Mary Poppins parasol look. Pray for a strong wind.

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi: Wondered in from whatever street she was walking.

Niecy Nash: Graceful, but what's up with that mermaid tail?

Shaila Durcal: A dress for smuggling illegal aliens.

Shir Shomron: Replacing Billy Mays as Orange Glo Poster Child
