^Is that the Live Without A Net version? Eddie plays synth in that, too, but that could video could be from a different show. Either way, I've always been in awe of Sammy's resilience as a performer. That voice and guitar talent is some combo. Randy Jackson and Rik Emmett are, without debate, far better lead guitarists, but Sam's easily got the best voice of the three.

Everyone knows Yello's "Oh Yeah" from their 1985 album Stella, but those guys have a bunch of other albums and videos. These two have never been posted here.
"Bostich" is from the 1980 debut, Solid Pleasure. (the screen reads "1984" and that has to be wrong, unless that's when the video was made). For some reason, it only features Dieter Meier, not Boris Blank, or Carlos Perron (who left after the third album in 1983, You Gotta Say Yes To Another Excess).
From his first solo album, with help from Jeff Lynne and Mike Campbell, Tom Petty and "Yer So Bad", released in April 1989 (it didn't chart until early 1990). Features the El Royale Hotel, mentioned a few years later in Don Henley's "In the Garden of Allah". Note the Southwestern Style that was so prevalent in the late 80s/early 90s, the 3-series Bimmer, the first-gen cell phone, the giant VHS camera, and a LaserDisc. Something of a time capsule.
