Raymond Scott, AMERICAN...eons ahead...I have a lot of his early stuff that Carl Stalling used for Warner Brothers cartoons...he was a tinkerer, starting with the Electronium in 1949...

Whoa, weird! When I first saw this posting I thought I was going to read on about this:

I was very surprised that it was the Croatian one was quoted as being the first in the world, because it was not. The one in SF has been here since 86 or so, I didn't realize there were any other ones.
Either way, they are pretty cool!
