If there's a song that captures the pain of lost love, this is it.

Pretend there is no silence alone in your apartment,
don't notice things that once were hers.
Ignore the endless hours,
don't chase the dreams that your hearts were after, children's laughter.
Somehow believe in living,, forget about the giving, just tell your life it must go on ... run from yourself, until you can't be found...
but don't remember, refuse to remember, forget to remember love...

A song about missing love: Misty Blue..
Couldn't find a decent version from Mary so here is one from Dorothy Moore. Not bad.

Wooooow okay love songs....I love love songs. Okay so in my top 10 there would def be:

This is my #1 favorite of all time
Choosey Lover By The Isley Brothers. Love this song. The guitar in the beginning is insane. I don't know what it is about this song but I love it. I just love the lyrics "Thought I had a lover, but I was kidding myself"

Can you stand the rain New Edition I was so in love with Ronnie.

My First Love By Avant & KeKe Wyatt. I think this one pretty self-explanatory it makes me think about my first love. I remember my first serious break up I played this song over and over again.

Who Can I run to By Xscape. This song pretty much was my soundtrack for 8th grade lol everything was so important back then.

Cupid By 112 this is my favorite 112 song.

Here and now By Luther Vandross

Everytime I close my eyes by Babyface

Fire And Desire Rick James & Teena Marie. I love this song. I know I say that about every other song but I just love this song. Does anyone remember the episode of Martin where he was singing this and then Gina walked in?

Ask of You Rapheal Saadiq - I just love this song. Whenever I hear it I think about the movie higher learning which is where I first officially made out. Yep, brings back memories.

Okay I'm tired of looking up videos so thats gone have to be it even if there's not 10.

It wouldn't have been so bad but I kept trying to determine if it was a love song or a sex song lol. Half on a baby is one of my all time greats but I wouldn't call it a love song. Same thing with Silf If You Feeling like Loving Me and Meeting In My Bedroom - love em both but they kinda sex songs

Well.. I bet the OP wouldn't mind if you added a couple of those kinds.. it's physical 'love', right? Hehe:-)
