The Long Black Train by Josh Turner ... I don't turn it off and have the CD ... I was involved in a motorcycle accident ... heading for Lake Lure NC ... pulled off the road and this long black tow trucker passed by ... I commented look at that fancy tow truck looks sorta like a long black train ... back on the motorcycle ... woke up two weeks later in ICQ after being thrown 40 feet into a tree ... when I hear the song it takes me back to that mountain road.

"Keeper of the Stars" and "Unchained Melody"-my good friend John passed away of a sudden heart attack at the age of 48, and we used to go out every Thursday night to "Country Night" at a local bar. These were two songs we slow-danced to.
Ordinary People..John Legend...makes me sad, the song and the video.
For some reason, everytime, Every Breathe You Take, by Police, comes on the radio, and if I'm riding with my sister in the car, she quickly turns the dial...hmm.

Yes, come to think of it, whenever I hear "Every Breath You Take" it reminds me of my first marriage and how controlling and possessive my ex was!
I don't turn it off, but this song makes me hurt in my chest a little bit over what I sorta put my ex through:
Who Knew? by Pink
That's so strange, same song.
I get choked up with that song but only because my sister's husband died suddenly and she told me that SHE couldn't listen to that song...now I can't either.
"Daddy's Hands" ~ Holly Dunn Makes me cry every time I hear it. Will never turn it off, though. Reminds me of my wonderful Father, who left me and this world 5 years ago.
The tragic event that causes me to turn it off is due to the first time I heard that song.
(sorry, I couldn't help myself)
