Notice how most of these are between 91-95 (not to say there wasn't any great ones in the late 90s either but man). Just simply one heck of an era that looks to not have been duplicated in the mainstream not once this decade. Thank GOD I was born in the early 80s to grow up with this.

Geto Boyz- Mind Playin Tricks On Me-1991

Bone-First of the Month-1995

Az f/ Miss Jones- Sugar Hill -1995

Nas- It Ain't Hard To Tell -1994

ATCQ- Scenario-1992

Lost Boyz- Music Makes Me High-1995

Souls of Mischief- From 93' till infinity-1993

Onyx- Slam-1993

Outkast-Southernplayalisticaddilacmuzik-1993

And I repped all areas too with this. South, East, West, and Midwest.

now, I always thought it was "bamboo earrings at least to there" - meaning those long ones that came almost to your shoulder? no? I used to LURVE me some LL.
I'm pretty sure it was at least 2 pair. I would gogle the lyrics but I'm wayyyyy too lazy to do that. Remember going back to Cali? My favorite part of that song "Hells: tall; bikini: small - she said she likes the ocean" lol i don't know why but i used to say that over and over again. I LURVED LL too - I was one of those who was dying to see what was under that hat.

I liked that song but then again I have a preference for simpler songs; I dislike almost all of Pharell and Swizz Beats songs cause there's just too much going on in; some of the N.E.R.D.S songs sound like the soundtrack for a bad SciFI movie. I think the loop for Good Day was prefect for the lyrics.
