This guy died today, at 21 on the same day as John Lennon died. This song is just sad because the singer made a song about one of my favorite artists death, and he is dead himself as of today.
I first heard this song right after my mom had died. She and my dad got a little more than 40 years together, and now he's trying to make his way without her, the only person he's loved since he was 17.
I get misty hearing and especially seeing, Eric Clapton singing "Tears In Heaven".
I can't listen to that. I remember when it happened.
