His beats are lazy and his flows are mediocre. Here's my thing, look I know he's got hits. If I'm a club owner, I'm putting on Drake. If I'm having a party and I want chicks there, I'll bite the bullet, grab my earmuffs and play Drake, but I think he's 2/10 overall. The guy is just too soft and bi-polar to be considered a rapper. If he were an R&B fine, you're fine I have no problem with you, but as a rapper, bad. He tries to be Mr. Tough Guy on one track then turn around and be Mr. Cry on My shoulder Baby girl then turn around and talk about how many girls he pulls. PICK 1. Guy thinks he's started from the bottom. Please, grew up in the 2nd richest part of Toronto, went to a private high school, and was on a TV show, not exactly 8 mile. anyone else feel this?

Yeah I don't really like all this soft stuff the young cats are on these days, I miss the more traditional gangsta rap of my school days.

I'm 20 and I hate the soft stuff. I mean yeah, am I softer around my girlfriend than my buddies? yeah but at some point I would tell my GF to toughen up. If Drake started from the bottom, then Carlton Banks was slummin' on Fresh Prince.

I can't get past the fact that he was on Degrassi, sorry.

Every song, I just picture him yelling at Spinner for getting him shot, or that horrible rap he did for the zombie Halloween special.
