Default Raubre

you got the first half, if you're not into Loggins you won't know the song, tho if you can find the album name easily enough on any music website you will then automatically have the song even if you have never heard it before cause both album name and song are both the same

i am surprised you haven't figured out who the October 1977 artist was yet!

Is this it? (Never heard of it, lol)

As for the October one, I give up. The clues aren't doing a thing for me. (I just guessed Kenny Loggins because of the movie and song clue from 1986 ("Danger Zone")

I'll guess Billy Joel's The Stranger LP was the October one. It is considered his breakthrough album though he had a pretty big hit single with Piano Man in 1973. Billy is Jewish, recorded on Columbia and the album's release was awfully close to October. (Sept. 29 according to Wiki) The cover is in black & white with him on it. Ah, but I don't know which song... Oh, sure I do. It's Everybody has a dream ?

Anyway - Merry Christmas everyone!

I guess I didn't understand the question, I thought that both albums were from the same artist.

Default Raubre has the Loggins

SP has the Joel, EHAD it was from The Stranger

the main choruses have a gospel like feel and you hear squealy keyboards (probably many of the same musicians, Richard Tee, Steve Gadd, etc)

good going you 2 this was a toughie

Raubre did you know the Celebrate Me Home tune or is this the first time you're hearing it?
