Well NO because Nobody is sleeping or has had a regular sleeping schedule these past two weeks...
Didn't We notice he was in the grip of Mania, excessive compulsive activity, ramblings, agitated and not able to settle down?
Well NO because what artist isn't at some point? I mean are You kidding? And as for rambling We're ALL talking to ourselves as We write etc...
Didn't We notice he was involved with excessive risky sexual behaviours and online spending?
Well NO because we don't sleep with him, or go on midnight runs for sex...We're STUDENTS in the Middle of Finals and Projects for gawd sakes! Who got time to be getting laid for hours on end???
Didn't We notice he was getting increasingly paranoid?
Well NO because artists TEND to be paranoid over their ideas and the theft of them. And it wasn't as though he had a flock of people following him around and doing every single thing his mind was delusionally seeing or believing. I mean We DO have a brain and the ability to have some kind of reasoning.
Didn't We realize he had problems or notice he wasn't taking his medication?

Only thing he EVER said was that his GF(s) were in love with his sickness...
in love with his mania...in love with his energy and addicted to it...which was why he didn't take his pills often...
now guys aren't gonna ask WHAT pills...Hell We got too much work to do...what the f does that has to do with US...with ME?
And I'm ashamed to say it or have even felt it but I thought of Our work first and groaned. Checked his part and found it insane...Damn! Whenever any of us asked him about his progress he was coherent and consistent so NO we didn't know his work was full of alter voices when his part was to work on only one! Completely un-useable.
So that's why I'm here, to change My mood and find some empathy within Myself for this person before I tackle an impossibility it seems...How to replace him, how to do what he was responsible to have had completed by semester's end. Even if we're given an extension, still...sighs...
rant over... oh the ironic part is, there was another breakdown last week...our cellist...
