Here's one of my favorites by The Rolling Stones from 1971's Sticky Fingers. It starts out harmlessly enough with a Keith Richards riff, but gets real interesting around the 3 minute mark and is all Bobby Keys (sax) and Mick Taylor (guitar) from there on.
