Well , you know I saw the Whitney Houston rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. Years ago forget what game...I thought it was the greatest singing of our national anthem ever. Can she even perform now?? What a pitiful waste of talent!! Wow! Hope she get's it together!
The tagline .......saw someone using a line from "Radar Love" an extreme favorite of mine!!

I saw that one too satx. Better than this version. I almost used the Beyonce version. I changed my tagline for Memorial day, because I saw a couple of you do this

I have some other good ones for later, when it's not a serious American Holiday!

I have that LP in storage. What were other popular songs on it? The Pusher, and Sookie Sookie? Or am I thinking of another group?

Whitney-she was really good until her and Bobby turned into a Jerry Springer example-I thought she was prepping(cleaning up) for a comeback-haven't heard anything lately-what a change from the early MTV videos-you are right, big waste of talent.

My favorite song from the 70s would be:

Eagles - Hotel California

Go ahead, and name your song, and if you can't just pick one, make up a list!
Santana - "Black Magic Woman"
America - "Sister Golden Hair"
Bread - "Guitar Man"
Hollies - "Long Cool Woman"
CCR - "Fortunate Son"
John Denver - "Take Me Home Country Roads"
Ann Murray - "Snowbird"
Lynn Anderson - "Rose Garden"
Cowsills - "Hair"
Janis Joplin - "Me and Bobby McGee"

and maybe a few hundred more.
