Watched “Message from the King” on Netflix
Crime drama w/Chadwick Boseman as guy from South Africa who travels to LA looking for his sister
Finds her dead—tried to find out who killed her and where her step son is
Decent cast—Alfred Molina and Luke Evans are two
Lot of night shots which sometimes make the action difficult to decipher
Has twist at the end that came as surprise to me and husband
7.5/10
Thursday for "Cops & Robbers" (and finished this morning) "Night of the Sharks" https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0100273...1?ref_=nv_sr_1
It's cheap but not cheesy but not too terrific either. Lots of nice photography, a terrific set of toys in the mid range, slight nudity, nice tactics here and there. It's a decent way to waste, however you define that term, 86 minutes.
Monday (Swords and Clubs) and finished on Tuesday (DIE, SPY!) "Damon and Pythias" https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0055885...=nm_flmg_act_5
Well, aside from trying to forget Guy Williams most famous role while seeing this flick (it helps to remember the two, at least, episodes on an evil space traveler), it's decent, if faded. The villain is at least luscious.
Surprisingly addictive. Didn’t have any expectations going in, as I didn’t know much about the character.
