Now that was F-U-N-N-Y! Let's do the time warp again? Once was enough and remakes always pale in comparison. Although 3:10 to Yuma was a goodie!!!!!

Plus, the "shock" and the "aw" factor is gone. Too many men walking around in high heels these days

No! A remake would be awful!

Hollywood has run out of ideas and must continue to remake classics. That and superhero movies.. enough already. Geez.

The first and only time I watched this movie was with some gay guy friends who kep rewinding it to watch their favorite parts over and over. (it took over 6 hours!!!! ) Needless to say I didn't make it through the whole show and was sick of it about 1/4 of the way through. I'm sure I might have gotten a kick out of it if I had seen it under different circumstances, but now I just can't stand that darn movie.

The first time I saw it was back when I was sixteen (about 1987) and at a midnight movie. Since me and my friends weren't dressed as anyone, we were deemed 'virgins' and made to go on the theater stage. We had to dance to Time Warp along with some drag queens. It was crazy but fun.

I'm sure MTV will mess up the remake just like they mess up anything they touch. Oh well, I doubt the remake will ever be shown at midnight like the original.
