That pretty much sums up how I have always felt about the matter. Even if he wasn't criminally responsible, I have never once heard him do anything but proffer excuses. Not once have I ever seen him try to express the slightest bit of remorse, much less accept responsibility, for what happened.
But even setting aside the whole TWILIGHT ZONE tragedy, Landis in interviews always reminds me of some teachers I had as a kid, and not in a good way.

Nope. And from what I gather, his kid's just like him.
I hope they do a tie in with Louis and Billy Ray from "Trading Places" like they did with Mortimer and Randolph Duke from the original. It seems like a no brainer with Eddie Murphy able to do it easily enough. I always thought they could do a sequel of that film and this would give us a glimpse of how the characters fared.
I could see them running a resort hotel in the Caribbean.
I am not sure i get the movie. Did Eddie break up with his wife in the movie and his son is not known to him?
