Watched this on Prime. Woody Harrelson plays a demoralized basketball coach, who after a DUI conviction is court-ordered to coach a unique basketball team. The team is comprised of Down syndrome & handicapped players.
It's the classic meme, a coach in need of redemption meets a team of underdogs, and both parties benefit from their team relationship.. think Hoosiers, Bad News Bears, etc etc. Movie was funny, nice.
Interesting crime flick. In some ways, like Five Man Army....or The Dirty Dozen but in others, like a terrorist cell. Old and ancient but decently entertaining though the ending is a little bit too convenient. A 6.3.
Mediocre for there is too much non police work involved, of matters of family raising, and that they seem to conveniently wrap up the mystery as the clock clicks down. A 5.6.
Rather disappointing and if anything, a writing on the wall that the end of the series is near. Morse is not serious about his job and one has to wonder about a police force that can't recognize a pistol round from that of a rifle or wonder about the expertise of a shooter who could make such a shot. A 5.0.
