Bloodshot (2020)

It was a decent for a NON-DC or Marvel comic movie.

Quote:
After leading a successful rescue operation of hostages in Mombasa, American soldier Ray Garrison and his wife, Gina, travel for a holiday at an Italian beach side town in the Amalfi Coast. They are kidnapped by a group of mercenaries led by Martin Axe, who demands to know how the US military learned about the hostages and their location. When Ray explains that he cannot answer, as he is not privy to that sort information, Axe executes Gina in front of him. Ray vows revenge, and Axe kills Ray as well.
It was like Iron Man only with Vin Diesel. *** The story was fine, and not to dragged out.

It's a good feel good type of flick with lots of tension that idiots cause. UNFORTUNATELY, for the situations it creates, the end is just not possible, hence one has to write their own ending.....unless this flick was going to go for a sequel which is a pity because it doesn't have the power for that. A 6.9....if you are in to writing your own endings.

Final Score (2018) ***

Quote:
Brothers Dimitri and Arkady Belav have led the revolution in the Russian state of Sakovya for independence. The revolution ultimately leads to Dimitri being killed in an airstrike and Arkady being captured, ending the revolution. After several years, Arkady and his men believe that Dimitri has faked his death, so they torture a man for information on where Dimitri is hiding in London....
Dave Bautista & Pierce Brosnan

The movie is Sudden Death (1995) meets Die Hard. It's a decent rescue & save the world movie.

Laurel & Hardy and despite the age of it, I found myself saying, "Oh, don't ask him to do that!". A 7.9.

A sailor made man (1921)

46 minute long silent movie of Harold Llyod. I didn't like this movie of his half as much as I did his later silent movies.

I just watched "A Long Way Down" (2014) with Pierce Brosnan and Toni Collette. I liked it.

Journey 2: The Mysterious Island (2012) ***

Dwayne Johnson, Michael Caine, Luis Guzmán

Quote:
It has been four years since the previous adventure. 17-year-old Sean is arrested by the police after a brief chase on his dirtbike. His stepfather Hank arrives when a police officer friend calls him, explaining that Sean had broken into a satellite control center. Hank discovers that Sean accessed the satellites in hopes of enhancing a coded signal he suspects was sent by his long-missing grandfather, Alexander Anderson.

It was a decent adventure movie. Kinda like Jumanji meets Honey I Shrunk The Kids.
