The chick who played “Rose” in the recent Star Wars The Last Jedi. They should’ve just nixed the entire character.

I like Star Wars, but I just don’t care for Mark Hamill. It just seems like he has no personality and weak acting skills.

I can’t stand Ed Norton, except for American History X.

John Wayne as Genghis Khan

Kevin Costner as Robin Hood

Two actors whose body of work which rarely results in a casting match in my opinion:

Tom Cruise - Jack Reacher et al. Risky Business and Top Gun were probably his best from casting perspective.

Nicholas Cage - always strikes me as a dullard - I think Moonstruck was one of his few good roles. I think being related to Francis Ford Coppola helped him get roles.

I can not tolerate anything Colin Farrell, Kristen Stewart, Jesse Eisenberg, and Robert Pattinson are in.

I think Hamill was perfect for the role for the reasons you don't. Luke's character was an everyman, totally average person with nothing special about to offer who rose up to save the world.

I agree about Norton, I thought he was really good in Rounders and basically boring and overrated in everything else. Same with Johnny Depp, with the lone exception of his excellent portrayal of Ed Wood he offers nothing unusual and I have no clue why he ever became so popular.

Default What is the worst casting you have seen in a movie?

For me, it was Terminator Genisys. I love Emilia Clarke, but she is not Sarah Connor. Also, Jai Courtney. He was playing Kyle Reese. Just never thought he was a good actor.

You?

Anything with Nicholas Cage. He's a terrible actor.

Sophia Coppola in The Godfather: Part III. Nepotism at its worst. She was good in the Elektrobank music video by Spike Jonze (I believe she dated him back then). I guess that is something.

Keanu Reeves in Bram Stoker's Dracula. A laughable performance.
