Downton Abbey fans had better stock up on tissues!

We’ve still got a few months to go until the long-awaited Downton Abbey movie finally arrives in cinemas, but star Allen Leech has given some hints about what to expect.

And it sounds like we’re in for an emotional rollercoaster!
'Downton Abbey' star says 'you

I look forward to this, though I hope nobody else dies because they've done enough of that already.

Hey, as long as Carson's eyebrows show up, I'm in.

Just watched it last night. It was very good. Nothing to cry about, though.

Waiting for it to come to a reasonable rental price... has it?

Buzz has always been that it's much like Breaking Bad's "El Camino" - another very good two hours of the show, nothing more or less.

It's on HBO this month. Might be streaming elsewhere. Not sure.

A fair assessment.

I rented it for a buck eighty nine at Redbox. Is that within your definition of reasonable?

Sure. But the progression isn't, always.

Right now, it's on HBO. And can be purchased for $8 to $20.

I will sometimes pay first rental rates of $5-6 for some movies, but I can usually wait for the $3 rate or even for it to show up on one of the subscription services.

Had no idea it was on Redbox already.

I think it was $7 on Amazon for non Prime members. For me it was free.
