Oh okay, but why is is he such a danger to be on the streets, especially if he has amnesia and thinks he is someone else? Also if Lucifer wanted these guys to kill him and wanted him dead, why didn't Lucifer just kill him himself, or did he need them to do it?

Harry Angel is no danger to strangers on the street.
Everything else has to do with the limits of Satan's powers. There are many. That's why he uses trickery.
Read your mythology and find answers for these questions.

So they went after Harry to kill him, these people he came across, because they feel threatened by Satan?

Just the opposite. They all knew what had happened, and were all afraid of Johnny Favorite. He was the only one of them who went so far in a deal with Lucifer. It's one thing to call on Lucifer, and it's something else entirely to make a deal with him for your soul.
Small deal vs. big deal. The biggest deal of all.
(Lucifer and Satan are the same being; Satan is the name that was given to Lucifer after he was cast out of Heaven. Lucifer prefers his first name and always uses it. Others call him Satan.)
Lucifer cannot kill anyone directly. He has to use humans, or trick a human into killing himself, before he can collect a soul.
Okay thanks, but why are they willing to kill for Lucifer? I mean I know a few people who I wouldn't be surprised if they sold their soul to the devil, but I wouldn't kill them out of fear of Lucifer. What did these guys have to fear exactly? Why be afraid of Johnny Favorite exactly?

Oh I would but look where, no sight explains the plot as much this movie or at least answers the questions I have on it, that I can find. So I just wondering, but thank you for answering .
Understanding the mythology that surrounds Satan will help you understand the movie. Use the site I linked as a place to start that understanding. Then do a Google search. Seek and you shall find.
Maybe all the murders were done out of crazed insanity, more than any rational reason. He was out of his mind when he was in that state.
