It would have to be "The Hunt for Red October" for me. I haven't seen some of the others but now will look for them in Netfix.

when I was a kid I saw "The Offence" and it really stunned me, it was almost like a traumatic experience for me, since all I remember from that movie is Sean Connery beating the crap out of a suspect and then fighting all the cops that tries to stop him

Since not yet mentioned, I always liked his performance in The Presidio (1988).

Since The Hunt for Red October is one of my all time favorite movies, it's also my favorite Sean Connery movie.

... that reminds me, it's about time to watch it again!

The Man Who Would Be King is a favorite of mine and is on Netflix. Most die hard Connery fans have no doubt seen it. The flick won 4 Oscars. Best Art Direction – Alexander Trauner, Tony Inglis, Peter James, Best Writing – John Huston, Gladys Hill, Best Costume Design – Edith Head, Best Editing – Russell Lloyd per wikipedia. Based on Kipling's novella.

The Hunt For Red October- sadly my blu ray copy has gone bad
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade- not as good as raiders but pretty fun movie any way
