-The English Patient
-Les Miserables (2012)
-Bridges of Madison County
-Failure to Launch
-Moulin Rouge
-The Help (I hated the book, why oh why did I think the movie might be tolerable?)
-Requiem for a Dream (started out great, then just got sillier and sillier)
The English Patient.
Johnny Got His Gun
Shocking Asia.
Faces of Death.
Out of these four. The English Patient and Johnny Got His Gun are equally the worst of the worst. I'd rather watch two slug have sex than watch these two movies again. I rather watch grass grow than watch these two movies...at least grass growing would be more interesting and exciting.
Shocking Asia and Faces of Death are just gross. Would never watch it again.
The Age of Innocence. It got such great reviews and I really wanted to watch it but I knew my husband at the time would never sit through something like that. I waited until he went on his annual camping-with-the-guys weekend and rented the movie. So disappointed. Beautiful period scenery, great costumes, boring friggin' story. 3 hours of waiting for something to happen.
Thanks for reminding me of that one. I usually like period pieces, like some of the recent Jane Austen stories, although I know this isn't a Jane Austen story, but I could not make it through the whole movie. Very odd storytelling. Just hard to get into.
Someone mentioned Alien 3. What a outrage. I am still pissed 20 years later LOL
Lord of the Rings......I know I'll probably get crucified for this because it was hugely popular, but I don't care. I've always hated the Fantasy genre. It was the longest 3 hours of my life and I thought it was one of the stupidest movies I'd ever seen.

Glad to see someone else isn't enchanted by fantasy. I have no interest in the genre, which is why I didn't go see Lord of the Rings in the first place.
There are real diehard LOTR fans out there, though, who would probably show up on your door with torches and pitchforks for writing that!
Never seen a Quentin Tarantino movie before, now I never want to see another.
