Just found this. So moving. I'm getting ready to show this movie to my own 10 y.o. girls and wanted to make sure they understand it is a movie and they don't get upset. I think they are ready.

I think it's a great idea as you know your kids best and this is a good clip showing the fact that it is indeed just a film so they will not be afraid. The main character was very realistic for it's time without the benefit of CGI. I was watching this a few days ago at my GF's house and even mentioned this fact to her myself.
Hope you and the family enjoy this film, It is a classic. Don't forget the popcorn!
I hope your kids liked that movie no kudzu,its one of my favourites and I enjoyed viewing that clip!! (I cried sometimes when he did)
