The Gold & The Beautiful! I saw it at the Treasure Coast Film Festival in Florida and We all loved it!! I went with my daughter 9 and grandparents. Great film for the whole family. We also heard the film won the Audience Choice Award, which was well deserved. Go and see it if you can, you won't regret it. I found info on IMdB and Global Star Films - Independent Film Production At Its Finest!

The following is a partial list of my favorite "Saturday Afternoon Movies". They are all pretty light fare, great for losing myself in fantasy, lots and lots of fantasy land.

Harry and the Hendersons
The Princess Bride
Edward Scissorhands (Okay, it's bittersweet, but it makes me feel good.)
Babe
Milo and Otis
Tootsie
Big
The Iron Giant

and on and on

Blazing Saddles- Slap-stick comedy always puts me in a good mood. A close second is Magnum Force. I like when a tough and honest cop sees that justice is done.
