Well, in order to be over-rated it had to have been highly-acclaimed.
A "great movie in history" may not be liked by everyone ... isn't that the whole point of this thread?

Heck, not even The Godfather III was rated that highly.

The Matrix = my vote for most overrated movie of all time. Keanu Reeves was miscast in that film.

OK, I'll prepare myself to get beaten up...but... Citizen Cain. I just do not think it's the greatest movie of all time. ditto Gone With the Wind.
