Part of me thinks "Drive your car", while the other thinks "Neat idea". I wonder about the current draw and price. It would be great in winter, since it's a heat pump and heats as well as cools.

Seems like a neat idea and looks very light by the way the guy unlocks it and walks away with it. Could be expensive when you figure in the special shirt .

Seems interesting and would get rid of the lame excuses that it's too hot to wear gear.

But...call me vain, but until they make it a bit more conspicuous, I don't think I'll be bolting that giant contraption onto the back of my bike.

You meant 'a bit less conspicuous' (or alternatively,'a bit more inconspicuous'), right?

When I was riding throug the desert I rigged a flex hose with a funnel pointed into the wind to cool places the wind did not reach. At home we need heaters 3/4 of the year.

Which actually exacerbates the effects of heat. Hot air moving over exposed skin just dehydrates you. In the summer, I switch to long sleeve t-shirts to keep my arms covered, and sometimes carry a spray bottle to wet down my shirt as I ride. I also freeze a couple of bottles of water to take on a ride. By the time I stop for a break, the bottle is usually thawed. Gotta keep hydrated or you'll just wear down sooner.

Yeah, I'd be afraid of comments likening it to a vacuum cleaner. Still, it's a neat idea. If the inventor would just make it more a device that could be installed internally to the bike

LOL! Auto transmissions, reverse gear, radios..... How about a side by side couch seat and a tv for the row behind? Hot tubs abd sunroofs will be next.

Call me old school
