I couldn't really tell much about it other than it MIGHT address the chest and back. If it is just a "fan" seems like more trouble than it is worth. It only counts if it is refrigerated! What an awkward feeling it would be to have a "hot head" underneath those helmets, cool chest and smoldering legs and feet. But I guess "don't knock it 'till you try it", huh?

I warn ya if i see a guy on a clean bike with a big fat butt ugly AC chillin his bones, while i might be real hot I am still gonna have a loud laff. What I do when I get hot, and a 1600cc V Twin is hot is go faster. I put my feet up over the pegs and let air in. It works well enough.
Pro and major college football programs have been using a similar device for several years now. Their tube is smaller, but I think their system is water based so its probably bigger overall.
