Yeh, so she and the boyfriend might break up in 3 years. So you could end up living with your sister's boyfriend and his new wife, who you hate. Or who hates you. Or who has 3 bratty kids.
Or you meet someone you like, but your sister or the boyfriend don't like her. Or she doesn't like them. Or for that matter, everyone likes everyone but still might not want to live w/them for years on end.

UM, does not sound ideal in the long run. You'll be the one stuck, not her!
