HARP 2.0 Closing Costs (loan, interest rate, escrow, credit report)

Hello all,

I spoke to a mortgage broker about refinance and he asked me the details and said I'm eligible for HARP 2.0 refinance. He provided me a GFE and here are the closing costs - could you please let me know if this is reasonable -

Here are the details and closing cost information I have from the other place for HARP 2.0 refinance.

Interest rate = 3.0 for 15 year fixed
APR = 3.227

Origination Fees = $3850.00
Lender Credit = (-$3200.00)

Credit Report Fee = $25.00
Tax Service Fee = $69.00
Flood Certification = $ 8.50

Title Services and title ins. = $1234.00
Govt. Recording Fees = $250.00

Does this sound about right? Please advice.
