Allied Home Mortgage---- are they closed or open??? (loan, refi, loan)

I cannot reach by website or phone.

They did a refi for us about 1 month ago.
Loan funded and paid off.

Does anyone know if Allied is still open...Government filed a huge lawsuit, website is shut down, should I still mail my mortgage payment???

I want my loan transferred somewhere else.

If anyone knows anything, please post.

What happens to them has no bearing on your obligation to make your payment- send it in like nothing is going on. Until you get clarification on their situation I would send certified mail, electronically etc. Somehow where the proof of payment is undisputable.
