I wonder if you can get a good "pate chinois" in Montreal's Chinatown?
Doubtful as Pate Chinois is basically a Shepards pie For some reason in Quebec they call it Pate Chinois.
You might have better luck with the Chocolate float

From the photos, it looks absolutely breathtaking.
My Dad's been talking it up like crazy. He's gone a few times and says that it's magnificent. He told me about the outdoor piece that he saw being assembled over the course of a weekend and is unbelievable to behold.
A friend of mine is a glass collector and he's had some Chihuly pieces from before Chihuly became OH MY GOD, CHIHULY!!!! Smart guy.

Had to look it up..
Wow the mans got some talent when it comes to glass
art.
You have no idea. They look nice in online pics, but in person, they're spectacular. It's all about the interplay of light and colour. It doesn't translate all that well in pictures.
I went to Montreal fews weeks ago for 4 days. The first thing I have done ws teh HOP ON HOP OFF Bus tour to see where I wanted to go and what to explore. It gave me a great idea of the city.
I mostly visited the Place des arts in Montreal. Everything seems to be around there.
Ah, crap!! The old man of the world-famous Cosmo's Restaurant was found dead on Saturday morning. Apparently, he was killed by his drug-addled son. What a shame. He was like everyone's grouchy old grandpa, who served up heart attacks on a plate. I used to eat there all the time when I lived across the street. http://montreal.ctvnews.ca/cosmo-res...arge-1.1337239
