The governments logic escapes me as a highly educated woman wants to live in Quebec but is denied entry due to her writing a piece of her studies in English, I sometimes wonder how many highly educated people give Quebec a pass and move to somewhere else in Canada due to Quebecs linguistic obcession in trying to eradicate all things English. This striving for linguistic purity will come back to bite Quebec in the butt in the future.
Old story and also more bureaucratic bungling than bigotry.
