lol that's true. They cause most of the crime and make it hard on new businesses. That ward restaurant that just opened on Payne ave wont last. Payne ave is awful compared to Arcade. They have all that land and build medical places on it. No Walmart or Target. People need lower skilled jobs around here. That will make things a little better.

Comparing Chicago Gangland/welfare suckers to the immigrants is comparing apples to oranges. Chicago thugs aren't "newcomers". Immigrants to America ARE newcomers. The thugs are just worthless turds on society that come to MN for free handouts that we're stupid enough to give them. Most immigrants are coming here for a better life and to work their way off of any gov't assistance. If thats redneck thinking, oh well then I guess I'm a redneck.
