I have been working with Mortgage Loan company since Jan 12. This company has many loan officers. I was working with a loan officer to get a good prodcut for me. We did the appraisal in the first week of Feb, 2012, I sent him all the documents needed to take the loan. I am still not able to close the loan. The loan officer seems to be very very slack in repsonding to my questions. I have spent so much of time and money(for appraisal) to bring the loan processing to a closure. But I am not able to get a hold of Loan Officer at all. I called the company several times, some one at the company takes my call, and they say they that they would pass the message to my loan officer, but nothing happens. I am so frustrated, and thinking of reporting that loan officer/company to some agency. Is there anything with the State of Michigan, where we can report about a loan officer.
Thanks

Sorry, he hasn't done anything illegal, so complaining about him won't get you anywhere. He's just $hittie at his job. That's not a crime.

I can almost guarantee that there was a problem with your loan, and the guy just doesn't want to deal with you anymore.

Find someone else. You should have done that in the beginning.
