Does anybody know if this area is good or bad? My husband and I have a house that we are interested in, but are not familiar with the area.

Any information would be appreciated!!

thanks

Sorry, but Norwayne is a terrible area. I would advise you to avoid it. It's the only place in Westland where they are using federal funds to tear down houses--it's that bad.

Norwayne is the same from one end to the other. Temporary housing for the most part than has lived beyond its expiration date. Lots of duplexes--but some cheap brick structures available for less than $10K...
