I used to work for Taylor Headstart, but the program has changed considerably since I was there. For a while the program was being held in Lincoln Park or Allen Park, at a facility run by the Wayne County Intermediate School District. I believe the Taylor program is now being run under the auspices of the Downriver Guidence Center in Southgate, at the corner of Allen Rd. and Northline. I am certain that the current program is completely center based, there used to be both cneter based programs for 4 year olds, and home based programs for 3 year olds. You will need to check the residency requirements, not sure you can register a child for a program unless you live within the area. But as I said, things may have changed since I worked for the prgoram.
