It is amazing how the two sides to this issue claim completely different facts and claim different thinks about the requrieements for the credit or rebate. You woudl think that simple facts and particularly what the law says should be a matter of record, not a matter of opinion. We get everything from $9 return for every $1 spent to lesthan .2 retun fo every $1 spnt. We are told tht the law requires them to hire Michigan residents and they do so, and we are told that the law does not requrie that they spend th emoney for which they seek a rebate on Michigan hires and they mostly use people and services from L.A. Someon has to be lying. It should not be that hard to get real facts. Frustrating.
