Architecturally....ah, let’s leave it at “unique” (as in something I might have designed after ingesting mushrooms at a Grateful Dead concert back in the day).

Honestly, I like the design. It's much better than 95% of the stuff going up right now. Maybe the top cube is shifted too much so they should fix that, but other than that, I really like it.

I don’t have a problem with cubes—see Icon Brickell—but this design is a bit “off”.

Are the windows hurricane resistant? Or the whole building, for that matter? If not, is there an attached reinforced shelter on the bottom floors (or adjacent) for residents?

I guess SOMEBODY doesn't believe in Global Warming, huh?

I dont think I would want to live on the top floor-if I ate too much I might tip it off .
