As you stated, Key Byscaine is also a good place with lots of executives from Europe. The apartments are not expensive by European standards (not counting overheads), you can see and smell the sea and it's practically downtown. While Coral Gables and Pinecrest are nice places, suburban life can be very tough if you are used to European towns and cities.

Thanks Gargamel. Unfortunately KB is out of the question due to cost as we can't do condos either.

Thanks Jacob. We will be looking at all these options shortly.

Shoutout to everyone on this thread for your help (not you, Mr. Loco, though I did laugh). It is appreciated. Stay tuned for updates as we begin the hunt!

Alright. Let the Realtor suggestions fly. PM's please so no one breaks the board rules. Experience in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Edgewater a must. Verifiable references are also a must. Thanks all!
