Too; as more Mexican nationals (with their US born Anchor Babies) return home, their skills and knowledge of English will likely pay off quite handsomely SOB.

Remember that Mx's birthrate is 2.4 children per woman and dropping (replacement level is 2.1).

Ask the locals in Sonora------more and more illegal immigrant Mx nationals are getting Mx birth certificates for their US born kids so the latter can be enrolled in schools there.

You need to look also at the numbers of mexican kids that cross the border evryday to attend american schools.
